Our founding partner, Ala Chappelear, entered Anderson real estate market in 1998. Followed shortly by Craig in 2002, first as Certified Real Estate Appraiser and then as Realtor in 2009. Our team has a full-time transaction manager, which enables us to offer the ultimate client care to our clients. Our Director of Operations to licensed associate is here to support and aid our Team with day-to-day tasks. While concentrating primarily on Listings and assuring a smooth onboarding experience for our clients, the Licensed Associate is a full service Real Estate Professional and is involved in the selling/buying process for all our transactions. This gives our clients a second point of contact when needed.

We use a professional call center, Showingtime, for scheduling all showing appointments. This service is employed by us to assure you do not miss a single showing on your property. Since 2010 we’ve utilized the services of Van Sullivan, Jr, a well-known local photographer, to showcase our listed properties. Dotloop is our online electronic signature/file system. For our on-the-go clients all documents can be emailed directly and be signed online. The signatures are just as legal and enforceable as if they were signed in person. We also gladly accommodate buyers and sellers who are not able to attend a closing, by a mail-away process coordinated with our local Attorneys. We are here to make your buying/selling process simple and life easier because of that.

Through Keller Williams Realty, we are also able to take advantage of ListHub. From the professional pictures online, to the in-person showings, we know how your property will show best to potential buyers.
